Once payment is recieved our animators will get to work as soon as is humanly possible (we don't use AI, everything is created by hand). We are a small team so please be patient, We'll try not to keep you waiting for your animated portrait.
If you are ordering under a different name than that used on Facebook please notify us via Messenger so we can verify your purchase.
Your animation will be publicly shared on our Facebook page, for you to link to your friends. If you want the original MP4 file simply request this when you send the image.
As this is a unique service refunds are not available. If there is a problem please do let us know, and we will do everything in our power to put it right.
